Why would anyone build it for free?

Because we host it. Your site runs on our servers, so the monthly is what keeps it online — which means we only get paid if you stay, and we only keep you if the site is good. It also means you get to see the finished thing before you decide anything.

If you stop paying, the site comes down and you owe nothing. Your web address and your photos stay yours either way.

Whatever your site needs is in the build: a booking form, a photo gallery, a logo if you have not got one, a page for each town you cover, a Spanish version. You ask, we add it.

What do you need from me to get started?
A short form covering what you do, who you serve, and what you want the site to accomplish. That's it — you don't need copy written, images picked, or a design in mind before you come to us.
How fast will I see my site?
You'll usually have a real site to look at within 48 hours of sending us your material — never more than 4 days. Not a mockup: the actual site, on a link you can open on your phone.

After that it moves at your pace. Most changes are done the same day, and it goes live on your own web address as soon as you're happy with it. The only part we can't speed up is you sending your details and photos, which is why we keep that to about fifteen minutes.
What if I don't like the first version?
You get a live preview link before anything goes public, and you tell us what to change. There is no limit on that and no charge for it — we keep going until you are happy. Most people are happy after the first pass. And if you decide you do not want it at all, you have paid nothing.
Is $198 a month really all of it?
No. The build is free and the monthly is $198, or $594 for three months, plus Texas sales tax where it applies. That is the whole cost. Extras like a logo or a Spanish version are one-off and priced before you agree to them — no hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices.
What if my project needs something bigger?
Then we quote it per project. Pages and extras cover what most small businesses actually need — but online stores, live booking calendars and anything unusual get priced on their own. You still get one fixed number before work starts. We don't run an hourly meter on any job, because hourly projects routinely finish 20–40% over what was quoted.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. We connect your existing domain when we take the site live. If you don't have one yet, we'll walk you through getting it.
Do I have to pay for hosting separately?
No — hosting is what you're paying for. The build costs nothing, and the $198 a month covers hosting, the security certificate, backups, uptime monitoring and small changes whenever you ask. There's no separate hosting bill and nothing else to buy. If you stop paying, the site comes down — that's the trade for not charging you to build it.
What if I need changes months after launch?
Ask and we do them. Text, photos, prices, hours, a seasonal special, a new section — usually done the next business day, at no extra charge, for as long as you are with us. That is what the monthly covers.
